My name is IeltsSelfStudy and I have been renting the flat on Park Street from you for the past eight months. As I’m sure you are aware I have been a good tenant during this period. I always pay my rent on time and look after the flat.
My rental agreement with you was for one year and the contract ends in January. Unfortunately, I have just heard that I will need to leave the flat in November, which is, in fact, two months early. The reason for this is that my manager has asked me to go back to India earlier than planned and I am afraid this is beyond my control.
As I am now unable to stay here until the end of the contract, I would be extremely grateful if you could release me from it early. I’m aware that this is not normally allowed but I hope you can understand my situation and still return my deposit.

My one year rental contract with your agency extends up to the month of December. As I am now unable to continue here until the expiry of the contract, it would be greatly appreciated if you could initiate the process of my release, so that I can leave the flat by last week of October.

I have signed an agreement while moving into your flat which bounds me to notify you three months prior to empty the flat. I have always respected the contract and paid my rent on time. During my 11 months’ stay at your falt, I have never asked your favour but this time I am relying on your kind consideration. My elder brother, who looks after our family business, has been diagnosed with a serious disease and has been transferred to a hospital in Manhattan. My family needs me to look after the business and be with them right now.
The circumstance has forced me to give up the training programme that I am pursuing and return home immediately. I have decided to leave England and return to my home country on 2nd June 2021.
I, therefore, request you to consider my situation and permit me to vacate your flat on a month’s notice. I have already paid two month’s rent in advance and would request you to return me a month’s rent which is £750. I have always known you as a benevolent person and would not have requested your favour otherwise.
